Adam has a demonstrated track record actively promoting centre-right, conservative political initiatives, projects and activities both individually and through executive involvement in a range of prominent organisations.
Adam is a passionate and outspoken advocate for Zionism, with a focus on fostering strong and effective relations between Australia and the State of Israel. This has seen Adam holding numerous honorary board positions in the Melbourne Jewish (and broader) community, aimed at combating the dangerous rise of antisemitism globally.
Adam is also a Registered Counsellor, Therapist and Human Resources Consultant with over two decades of experience passionately delivering quality leadership development and workplace culture initiatives for individuals and teams in a broad range of industry sectors and organisations.
